Question

I am looking for a secondary antibody. We work with the following system: animal rat tissue brain model infarction and icb immunohistochemistry primary antibody origin: guinea pig we want to perform a double staining. the other antibody requires hrp. we are looking for a secondary antibody anti-guinea pig, ap-conjugated. which of the following would you suggest? ab7140, ab6909, ab6772? in ab7140 a species reactivity to rat and others is stated. what about the others? there is no species reactivity given at all.

Thank you for your enquiry. Any of these secondaries should be useful for you. Ab7140 is preabsorbed to minimize cross-reactivity with other species, whereas the others are not. I hope this information helps, please do not hesitate to contact us if you need any more advice or information.
