All lanes : Anti-NF-kB p65 antibody (ab16502) at 1/1000 dilution
Lane 1 : Wild-type HAP1 cell lysate
Lane 2 : NF-kB p65 knockout HAP1 cell lysate
Lane 3 : HeLa cell lysate
Lane 4 : A431 cell lysate
Lysates/proteins at 20 µg per lane.
Secondary
All lanes : Goat anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (IRDye® 800CW) preadsorbed (ab216773) at 1/10000 dilutionThis blot was produced using a 4-12% Bis-tris gel under the MES buffer system. The gel was run at 200V for 50 minutes before being transferred onto a Nitrocellulose membrane at 30V for 70 minutes. The membrane was then blocked for an hour before being incubated with ab16502 overnight at 4°C. Antibody binding was detected using the Goat anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (IRDye® 800CW) preadsorbed (ab216773) at a 1:10,000 dilution for 1hr at room temperature and then imaged using the Licor Odyssey CLx.
Merged signal (red and green). Green - ab16502 observed at 70 kDa. Red - loading control, ab8245, observed at 37 kDa Goat anti-Mouse IgG H&L (IRDye® 680RD) ab216776.

Merged signal (red and green). Green signal from target - ab16048 observed at 68 kDa. Red signal from loading control - ab10799 ( (loading control to histone H3 at 0.1µg/ml) observed at 18 kDa using as secondary Goat anti-Mouse IgG H&L (IRDye® 680RD) ab216776.
