Question

I want to label the antiserum of chicken, which product I should chose for my Flowcytomry analysis (specifically FITC) among ab6749,ab7114 and ab6873? I noticed that ab7114's immunogen is full length native chicken IgY (purified). In addition, whether these there products can be replaced for each other?

Answer

Thank you for your enquiry. ab6749, ab7114 and ab6873 are all suitable for flow cytometry analysis, have all been raised against chicken IgY and are all FITC conjugated. There is very little difference between the three aside from the mass of antibody sold. ab6749 is sold as 1.5mg, whereas ab7114 is sold as 100 µg and ab6873 as 1 mg. All are sold at the same price £ 98.00/$ 150.00/ € 165.00.
