We have just buyed "Protease Inhibitor Cocktail (ab65621)". It is in powder form. It is written "one vial can make 125 ml of cocktail solution" on its datasheet. Which buffer must it be used to reconstitute? Or is only "distile water" suitable?

Thank you for contacting us. To reconstitute this product, add 250-µl DMSO to the vial and pipet several times to dissolve all powder (This makes 500X concentrated inhibitor cocktail). I have added these instructions to our datasheet. I hope this helps, please let me know if you need any additional information.
