I recently purchased the protease inhibitor cocktail but there are no directions for use. We will be using it in serum to inhibit renin from converting angiotensin 1 to angiotensin 2. Can you please provide directions for use in serum and/or plasma?

The laboratory said you can reconstitute ab65621 in 250 µl of DMSO. This makes it 250 µl of 500X inhibitor cocktail. Which means that for every 500 µl of your sample can add 1 µl of the inhibitor. These reconstitution instructions are applicable for serum, plasma, and lysate samples.
