Abcam’s protease inhibitor cocktails inhibit a variety of endogenous proteases to protect your protein samples from degradation.
General use cocktail.
Target proteases - serine proteases, cysteine proteases, metalloproteases
Inhibitors included - AEBSF hydrochloride, aprotinin (bovine lung), E-64, EDTA disodium salt, leupeptin hemisulfate
Form: Supplied as a lyophilised solid
Preparation: Reconstitute each vial with 1 ml DI water to provide a 100X solution

AEBSF hydrochloride: serine protease inhibitor (0.5 mM)
Aprotinin (bovine lung): serine protease inhibitor (0.00015 mM)
E-64: cysteine protease inhibitor (0.001 mM)
EDTA disodium salt: metalloprotease inhibitor (0.5 mM)
Leupeptin hemisulfate: serine/cysteine protease inhibitor (0.001 mM)
