Our Abpromise guarantee covers the use of ab187186 in the following tested applications.
The application notes include recommended starting dilutions; optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
Anti-Protocadherin Gamma (pan) antibody [N159/5] - C-terminal (ab187186) at 1/1000 dilution + Rat brain membrane lysate at 10 µg
Goat Anti-Mouse HRP at 1/200 dilution
Ab187186 staining Protocadherin gamma (pan) in SK-N-BE cells by Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF). Cells were fixed with 4% formaldehyde for 15 minutes at room temperature. Samples were incubated wth pirmary antibody at 1/100 dilution for 60 minutes at room temperature. Phalliodin Texas Red F-Actin (1/1000) was used as a counterstain at 1/1000 dilution. DAPI nuclear counterstain was used at 1/5000 dilution.
To our knowledge, customised protocols are not required for this product. Please try the standard protocols listed below and let us know how you get on.
