Answer

Another antibody/peptide combination is Anti-Prostate Specific Antigen antibody - Catalytic domain (ab40949) / Prostate Specific Antigen peptide (Catalytic domain) (ab43085).
Regarding your question: "Please also confirm about their specific reactivity with each other."
I think you are wondering if any of the peptides you mention will react with the other PSA antibodies. For the specific antibody/peptide pairs you note, the antibodies will be specific only for their cognate peptide. These peptide immunogens are short, 10-20 amino acid peptides.

Answer

You are correct that ab39983 has been discontinued. I am sorry about that. I should have checked all products were still available. Here are 2 more product recommendations for your customer: Anti-Prostate Specific Antigen antibody (ab53774) will react with Prostate Specific Antigen protein (Human) (ab78528). I hope this helps. Please let me know if you need any further assistance.

Answer

Thank you for your enquiry. Based on the researcher's notes, I'm not quite sure what the customer is interested in doing with their experiment. But regarding your question, I don't think ab53774 will react with the PSA peptide ab45800. As noted on the datasheet for ab45800, it is the immunogen used to produce a the anti-PSA antibody, catalog number ab39983. So ab39983 will bind to ab45800. I hope this is helpful. Please contact me again if you have any further questions.
