This is a bit low, so cross-reactivity with drosophila would probably not be expected with this antibody. Our other RAB10 antibodies, ab110517 and ab113947, have 90% and ~60% homologies, respectively, with drosophila. Therefore, I would recommend ab110517 since this has the highest homology, but again since it hasn't been tested in drosophila we wouldn't be able to guarantee cross-reactivity.
