  • Detection of Human RABGGTB by Western Blot of Immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (0.5 or 1.0mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from 293T cells. Antibodies: ab187717 used for IP at 6 μg per reaction (Lane 2). RABGGTB was also immunoprecipitated using an other antibody (Lane 1). Lane 3 is the Control IgG IP. For blotting immunoprecipitated RABGGTB, ab187717 was used at 1 μg/ml.

    Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 seconds
