  • Flow cytometry analysis of paraformaldehyde-fixed MCF7 cells labeling RABL3 with ab196024 at a 1/100 dilution and secondary antibody goat anti-rabbit IgG (FITC, red) at a 1/150 dilution, isotype control rabbit IgG (black) and unlabeled control cell without incubation with primary antibody and secondary antibody (Blue).

    This data was developed using the same antibody clone in a different buffer formulation containing PBS, BSA, glycerol, and sodium azide (ab196024).
