The application notes include recommended starting dilutions; optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
Use at an assay dependent concentration.
Use 0.125µg for 105-8 cells.
ab18536 - Rat monoclonal IgG2b, is suitable for use as an isotype control with this antibody.
Retinoic acid early-inducible protein 1-gamma (Raet1c) belongs to the RAE-1 family of NKG2D ligands. They are induced by retinoic acid and expressed predominantly in embryonic brain during early embryogenesis. Detected at high levels in 7, 11 and 14-day-old embryos but not in 18-day-old embryos. Very low levels are detected in adults, however the presence of retinoic acid or certain disease conditions (such as tumors) can induce up-regulation of this protein at the cell surface.
Flow cytometric analysis of Yac-1 cell line staining Raet1c with 0.125 μg of rat IgGb Isotype control antibody (open histogram) or 0.125 μg of ab171246 (filled histogram) followed by anti-Rat IgG FITC. Total viable cells were used for analysis.
