  • Application notes
    Tested in peptide ELISA. Antibody detection limit dilution 1/8000.
    WB: Use at a concentration of 0.3 µg/ml. Predicted molecular weight: 110 kDa.
    WB experiments gave bands at approx 95kDa, 75kDa and 45kDa in Lung Carcinoma lysate after antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the additional bands we observe given the predicted size according to NP_060275. The detected bands were successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.

    Not tested in other applications.
    Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.

    I am sorry to confirm that because this antibody is a Fast Track antibody, we are not able to provide AbTrial in this case. This is becuase there is a possibility to obtain a large number of Abpoints for submission of the first Abreview with conclusive data for a fast track antibodies.
