Hello there, I am using the Anti-RAP1A antibody (ab115776), and while it works, I was wondering if you have cells transfected with Rap1a to use as a positive control in Western blotting.

We currently do not carry lysates of cell lines that have been transfected with Rap1. We do however have the recombinant full length mature Human RAP1A (amino acids 1-181). This product contains an N terminal His tag; is 201aa in lenghth with a molecular weight of 22.8kDa. (UniProt ID = P62834).In the absence of the transfected cell line this product would provide an excellent alternative positive control. This product may be found at the following link:
