Answer

Thank you for contacting us.
As shown on the product datasheet, www.abcam.com/ab18446, this product is a whole antiserum.
Unpurified antibodies will not have a concentration stated on the datasheet. For whole antiserum (such as ab18446), culture supernatant or ascites fluid products the concentration has not been determined. Unpurified antibody preparations vary significantly in specific antibody concentration. One may refer to the “concentration estimate” area in the following link as a guideline for estimation: https://www.abcam.com/index.html?pageconfig=technicalfaqs#8. (Concentration estimate: 1-10 mg/ml for Whole antiserum).
Please remember that these dilutions and concentration estimates are simply recommended as a starting point, and it may be necessary to adjust the dilution based on the experimental results.

Answer

Thank you for contacting us.

The only isotype control we can offer is ab18446; https://www.abcam.com/Rat-IgG2a-kappa-monoclonal-RTK2758-FITC-Isotype-control-ab18446.html

Please note that the concentration of isotype is not known because it is not a purified antibody. When using along with ab11400 you will need to optimize the dilution of antibody for better results.
