Question

Inquiry: This antibody is described as an anti-IgG1 mAb. Although IgG1 was the immunogen used and it would bind IgG1, from the information provided it is not clear whether this antibody has been tested for binding to other subclasses of IgG (e.g. IgG2a, IgG2b, IgG3) or to IgA, IgM, or IgE. Has reactivity to other Ig classes/subclasses been tested and is it specific only to IgG1? thanks Colin
