Asynchronous NIH 3T3 cells were either paraformaldehyde (4%, 10min) or methanol (-20'C, 10min) fixed, immunolabeled and counterstained with DAPI. The accompanying image is low resolution image of a paraformaldehyde-fixed sample. Due to the long exposure times the background is grey. This antibody does not appear to be compatible with either the paraformaldehyde or methanol-fixed samples.
