  • Reconstitution
    Reconstitute the lyophilized product in sterile deionized water to a final concentration of 1 mg/ml. Solubilize for 30 to 60 minutes at room temperature with occasional gentle mixing. Carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA) is strongly recommended for further dilution and long term storage.

    Involved in the costimulatory signal, essential for T-cell proliferation and production of IL10 and IFNG, in an IL2-dependent and a PDCD1-independent manner. Interaction with PDCD1 inhibits T-cell proliferation and cytokine production.

  • Immobilized Cynomolgus / Rhesus macaque PD-L1, ab221343,  at 1 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind MPDL3280A with a linear range of 0.4-3 ng/mL

  • SDS-PAGE (DTT reduced) analysis of ab221343 followed by staining overnight with Coomassie Blue. The reduced protein migrates as 35-40 kDa in SDS-PAGE due to glycosylation.
