  • Reconstitution
    It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized product in sterile deionized water to a final concentration of 1 mg/ml. Solubilize for 30 to 60 minutes at room temperature with occasional gentle mixing. Carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA) is strongly recommended for further dilution and long term storage. No activity loss is observed after storage at: 4-8°C for 12 months in lyophilized state; -70°C for 3 months under sterile conditions after reconstitution.

    Binds with high affinity to the poliovirus receptor (PVR) which causes increased secretion of IL10 and decreased secretion of IL12B and suppresses T cell activation by promoting the generation of mature immunoregulatory dendritic cells.
