I have interest to set up an ELISA for HIV tat antibody quantification. I will be happy if you have existing protocol for me, ELISA and Western blot.
Do you know the volume needed for coating 1plate because we will like to at least coat 10plates (96wells).
Your help will be highly appreciated.

Thank you for contacting us and your interest in our products.
We have as yet not used the HIV tat protein (ab109949) in ELISA so I cannot provide a protocol for how this application may be performed. This does not mean that it would not work, simply that we have not tested it ourselves and therefore would not be able to guarantee this application.
The protocol used to perform Western blotting with the protein is attached to this email. The quantity of ab109949 loaded in the 14% polyacrylamide gelwas 2.5µg-5µg.
If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us again.
