The purity of ab182676 was determined by DTT-reduced (+) and non-reduced (-) SDS-PAGE and staining overnight with Coomassie Blue. As a result of glycosylation, the protein migrates as 43-46 kDa under reducing condition, and 85-90 kDa under non-reducing condition.
