Kinase assay using casein as substrate.
Enzyme reactions include 40 mM Tris pH 7.4, 20 mM MgCl2, 0.1 mg/mL BSA, 10 μM ATP, 0.2 mg/mL casein, 3 mM DTT, and various amounts of ab271359—incubated 45 minutes at 30 °C. Followed by addition of 25 μL of luminescent reagent—incubated 45 minutes at room temperature. Followed by addition of 50 µl of proprietary detection reagent —incubated 45 minutes at room temperature. Luminescence was measured.
