ELISA
Only 10% of the recombinant human annexin V protein could be retrieved using the annexin V ELISA kit. Similar results were obtained using purified annexin V from other suppliers.

Thank you for your inquiry.

In principle the Annexin V protein (ab89493) should be un-bound since we have not used any calcium or phospholipid in our purification process. However, we use unspecified LB when growing the bacteria that express the protein.

Therefore we cannot guarantee that ab89493 is un-bound.

Thank you for your inquiry. Unfortunately, we currently do not have the molar extinction coefficient available. However, using the amino acid sequence (UniProt ID P08758) and a tool for the prediction of physico-chemical parameters (http://expasy.org/tools/ or http://web.expasy.org/protparam/) the following results are obtained: Extinction coefficients are in units of M-1 cm-1, at 280 nm measured in water.
