Stability and Storage
Shipped at 4°C. Upon delivery aliquot and store at -20°C or -80°C. Avoid repeated freeze / thaw cycles.
This product is an active protein and may elicit a biological response in vivo, handle with caution.
-
ReconstitutionCentrifuge the vial prior to opening. Reconstitute to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/ml in sterile 20 mM acetic acid as the protein maintains stability in acid solutions at high concentrations. Then dilute the stock solution in aqueous buffer of choice and stored at 4°C for 1 week or –20°C for future use.
