Question (56702) | Recombinant Human CARHSP1 protein (ab116535)

Question

Inquiry: I am running some Western blots of cells that express an HA-tagged protein and I would like to quantify the amount of the recombinant protein (eg in mg per litre of culture). Do you sell an HA-tagged protein of known concentration that I could run alongside for the quantification? The nearest product I could find was 20896, but I don't think this cell lysate would be suitable as the concentration of the HA-tagged protein within the product is not given (only cell lysate concentration). Many thanks.

Answer

Thank you for your patience.

We haveone protein in our catalog currently which has a HA tag and could be useful for you. It is the ab116535, a tagged CARHSP1 protein which runs at 44kD in Western blot. https://www.abcam.com/index.html?datasheet=116535 (or use the following: https://www.abcam.com/index.html?datasheet=116535).

I hope this protein would be suitable for you. Please do not hesitate to contact us again should you have any further question.

I wish you a great weekend!
