  • Reconstitution
    It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized product in sterile deionized water to a final concentration of 1 mg/ml. Solubilize for 30 to 60 minutes at room temperature with occasional gentle mixing. Carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA) is strongly recommended for further dilution and long-term storage.

  • Biotinylated Human B7-1, Fc,Avitag on SDS-PAGE under reducing (R) and non-reducing (NR) conditions. The gel was stained overnight with Coomassie Blue. The purity of the protein is greater than 95%.
  • FACS analysis shows that the binding of Biotinylated Human B7-1, Fc,Avitag to 293 overexpressing CTLA-4 was inhibited by increasing concentration of neutralizing Anti-Human CTLA-4 antibody. The concentration of B7-1 used is 0.3 µg/mL. The IC50 is 3.025 µg/mL.
  • Flow Cytometry assay shows that Biotinylated Human B7-1, Fc,Avitag can bind to 293 cell overexpressing human CTLA-4. The concentration of Human B7-1 is 0.3 µg/mL.
  • SDS-PAGE analysis of ab246032 under reducing (Lane 1) and non-reducing (Lane 2) conditions.

    As a result of glycosylation, ab246032 migrates as 65-95 kDa under reducing conditions, and 130-160 kDa under non-reducing conditions.
