Preparation and Storage
Stability and Storage
Shipped at 4°C. The lyophilized protein is stable for a few weeks at room temperature. Store at -20°C or -80°C.
pH: 7.4 Constituent: 100% PBS
Always centrifuge tubes before opening. Do not mix by vortex or pipetting.
It is not recommended to reconstitute to a concentration less than 100 µg/ml.
Dissolve the lyophilized protein in 3X PBS.
After reconstitution aliquot and store at < -20 degrees, avoid freeze/thaw cycles.
B cell activation 45kDa cell surface glycoprotein Ig superfamily
B cell activation protein
B-cell activation protein
CD83 antigen (activated B lymphocytes, immunoglobulin superfamily)
Cell surface glycoprotein
Cell surface protein HB15
May play a significant role in antigen presentation or the cellular interactions that follow lymphocyte activation.
Expressed by activated lymphocytes, Langerhans cells and interdigitating reticulum cells.
