Application
ELISA
I intended to use this HCG as a protein to generate a Standard curve in an ELISA assay. I compared sever sources of HCG proteins from various vendors on the ELISA. I found that several of them were able to be captured and detected in the assay. Unfortunately, this HCG protein from Abcam (ab140723) was not able to be detected in the ELISA assay. I tested it at a range of concentrations and there was no HCG protein detected.
