We have tested both ab133144 and ab133147 in one functional assay described in Nature paper, the assay was transforming primary mouse white adipocyte to brown adipocyte , but they did not work and this may due to lack of glycolysation modification on the recombinant protein in Ecoli expression system. We are now trying to express the protein in mammalian cells and results are awaiting.

Endotoxin was removed for ab133144 only, endotoxin level < 0.2 EU/ug by LAL method.

Unfortunately due to unsuccessful tested data we can not guarantee that the antibodies would work. However if you would like to try these, by all means you can do that.
