I have several questions about Fyn protein (Active) (ab84696).
1. What's the activity of Fyn protein and what' the method for measurement of the protein?
2. what's the difference between the recombinant protein and natural protein? Is the combinant protein justhave an additional tag?
3. There are two phosphorylation sites on the natural protein. How about the combinant protein? The same or not? If not, could you please tell mewhat's the detail phosphorylation sites on combinant protein?

Thank you for contacting Abcam.
The activity of this protein is 166nmol/min/mg and was assessed using the gold standard radiometric approach where a radio-labeled p33 was used to quantify the phosphorylation of the kinase to its substrate.
The link below has a good description explaining what recombinant proteins are, that you may find helpful:
If there is anything else I can help you with, please let me know.
