    Catalyzes the transfer of sulfate to beta-1,3-linked galactose residues in O-linked glycoproteins. Good substrates include asialofetuin, Gal-beta-1,3-GalNAc and Gal-beta-1,3 (GlcNAc-beta-1,6)GalNAc.
