I would like to use your Anti-Galectin-3 antibody (ab2785) in Serum samples to detect Galectin 3 by ELISA. I wonder if you have any concentration range that I can start with because the data sheet doesn't specific anyone. Thank you so much.

Thank you for contacting us.
We recommend a starting concentration of 0.1ug/ml when using purified antibodies in ELISA. This will have to optimized for your specific protocol.
Should you need a positive control for your ELISA we recommend and offer the activeRecombinant Full length Human Galectin 3 protein, ab78583 9https://www.abcam.com/Galectin-3-protein-Active-ab78583.html).
