Preparation and Storage

  • Stability and Storage

    Shipped at 4°C. Store at 4°C (stable for up to 12 months). Avoid freeze / thaw cycle.

    Constituent: 95% PBS

    Note: 5-10% trehalose is commonly used for freeze drying, and after reconstitution, the trehalose is mostly about 3-5%. Lyophilised from 0.22 µm filtered solution.

    This product is an active protein and may elicit a biological response in vivo, handle with caution.

  • Reconstitution
    It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilised product in sterile deionized water to a final concentration of 1 mg/ml. Solubilize for 30 to 60 minutes at room temperature with occasional gentle mixing. Carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA) is strongly recommended for further dilution and long term storage. Once reconsituted store under sterile conditions at -80°C for up to 3 months.

    Receptor for TNFSF18. Seems to be involved in interactions between activated T-lymphocytes and endothelial cells and in the regulation of T-cell receptor-mediated cell death. Mediated NF-kappa-B activation via the TRAF2/NIK pathway.
