Preparation and Storage

    Shipped at 4°C. Upon delivery aliquot and store at -80ºC. Avoid freeze / thaw cycles.

    Constituents: 0.39% MES, 0.88% Sodium chloride

  • Reconstitution
    Always centrifuge tubes before opening. Do not mix by vortex or pipetting. It is not recommended to reconstitute to a concentration less than 100 µg/ml. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in 1X PBS.

    This enzyme is necessary for target cell lysis in cell-mediated immune responses. It cleaves after Lys or Arg. Cleaves APEX1 after 'Lys-31' and destroys its oxidative repair activity. Involved in apoptosis.
