What is the protocol for assaying the activity of human Glutaredoxin 2 protein?

Here is how the lab performs the activity assay:
100 mM Tris-Cl(pH8.0), 2 mM EDTA, 0.1 mg/ml BSA, 1 mM GSH, 0.2 mM NADPH, 6 ug/ml yeast GR, 0.7 mM HED and X ug Grx2 protein.
