Hydrolysis of beta-Casein by ab134450. ß-Casein (0.5 mg/ml) was incubated in 50 mM Tris-HCl, pH 7.5, 150 mM NaCl, 0.5 mM CaCl2 with or without HtrA3 (50 µg/ml). After indicated time intervals 10 µl aliquots of the reaction mixtures were withdrawn and analyzed by SDS-PAGE.
