Inquiry: Is this product (Isocitrate dehydrogenase protein (ab113858)) active? There is another IDH product you have that specifically states "active" but it is the yeast version of the protein, and I would like the human. I would assume that the product is an active enzyme but since the other product explicitly states "active" I wanted to make sure.

The bioactivity has just been tested and the information os below:
Specific activity: > 0.7 units/ml. One unit will convert 1.0 umole of isocitrate to alpha-ketoglutarate per minute at pH7.5 at 25C.
