  • Reconstitution
    It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized protein in sterile deionized water to a final concentration of 1 mg/ml. Solubilize for 30 to 60 minutes at room temperature with occasional gentle mixing.

  • Immobilized Biotinylated Human IL-21, Fc Tag at 2 µg/mL (100 µL/well) can bind Human IL-21 R, Fc Tag with a linear range of 2-31 ng/mL.
  • SDS-PAGE analysis of ab185250 in 1) reduced and 2) non-reduced conditions. Gel stained overnight with Coomassie Blue. As a result of glycosylation, DTT-reduced protein migrates as 65-80 kDa and non-reduced protein migrates as 130-160 kDa.
