  • Biological activity

    Assay 1: Immobilized Anti-Human MSLN Mab at 0.5 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind ab246152 with a linear range of 0.5-8 ng/mL.

    Assay 2: HEK-293 cells were transfected with anti-MSLN-scFv and RFP tag. 2 x 105 of the cells were stained with ab246152 (3 µg/ml).

    The primary amines in the side chains of lysine residues and the N-terminus of the protein are conjugated with biotins using standard chemical labeling method. A standard biotin reagent (13.5 angstroms) is used in this product. The biotin to protein ratio is 3-5 as determined by the HABA assay.

  • Reconstitution

Non-transfected HEK-293 cells (Panel A) and Biotinylated Protein Control (Panel C) were used as a negative control. RFP was used to evaluate CAR (anti-MSLN-scFv) expression and FITC was used to evaluate the binding activity of ab246152.
