Thank you for contacting us.
As I understand from your email, you were looking for an antibody against NADH dehydrogenase?
ab116897 is not an antibody but a protein expressed from wheat germ. The protein is a recombinant fragment of Human NADH dehydrogenase subunit 4 (406-459 amino acids) with N-terminal proprietary tag. It has a predicted MW 31.57kDa which is seen in the SDS-PAGE image on the datasheet.
However, we have an anti-NADH Dehydrogenase subunit 6 antibody, ab81212 (https://www.abcam.com/) in our catologue or six anti-Ndufs4 antibodies to choose from:
If you would like any advice on choosing a suitable antibody, I would be happy to help.
I hope this information is helpful to you. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you need any more advice or information.
