    Question

I had two questions regarding this PAD1 product. 1. Do you assay this product for enzymatic activity? 2. Is the proprietary tag on this protein compatible with Glutathione Spin Columns for exclusion?

    Answer

The lab does not assay this product for enzymatic activity. However they have informed me that they have had customers who had done this and the activity looked good. They have found that when using this with Glutathione Spin Columns for exclusion thaey had to remove the tag, unless a thrombin digest is used.
