  • Reconstitution
    It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized product in sterile deionized water to a final concentration of 1 mg/mL. Solubilize for 30 to 60 minutes at room temperature with occasional gentle mixing. Carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA) is strongly recommended for further dilution and long term storage.

    Involved in the costimulatory signal, essential for T-cell proliferation and IFNG production in a PDCD1-independent manner. Interaction with PDCD1 inhibits T-cell proliferation by blocking cell cycle progression and cytokine production.

  • FACS analysis shows that the binding of Human PD-L2, mouse IgG1 Fc Tag to 293 overexpressing PD-1 was inhibited by increasing concentration of neutralizing anti-PD-1 antibody. The concentration of PD-L2 used is 0.1 µg/ml. The IC50 is 1.3 µg/mL.
  • Flow Cytometry assay shows that recombinant Human PD-L2, mouse IgG1 Fc Tag can bind to 293 cell overexpressing human PD-1. The concentration of PD-L2 used is 0.1 µg/ml.
  • Immobilized Human PD-1, His Tag at 2 µg/mL (100 µL/well) can bind Human PD-L2, Mouse IgG1 Fc Tag with a linear range of 10-156 ng/mL.
