I have recently ordered Rec. Pin1 (Active) (Ab51230) and would like to dilute the protein 1:10 and aliquot and freezing at -80. What would you recommend that I reconstitute the protein in for freezing and for retaining the activity of Pin1?

You can dilute the protein in the same storage buffer in which the product is received. This buffer contains:
Constituents: 20% Glycerol, 0.1M Sodium chloride, 5mM DTT, 20mM Tris HCl, pH 7.5
Please remember to keep freeze/thaws to a minimum.
