Preparation and Storage

  • Stability and Storage

    Shipped at 4°C. Store at -20ºC.

  • Reconstitution
    Centrifuge the vial prior to opening. Reconstitute in sterile dW to a concentration of 100 µg/ml. This solution can then be diluted into other aqueous buffers and stored at 4 °C for 2-7 days and at -20 °C for future use. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HAS or BSA). Prevent freeze/thaw cycles.
