The ab163538 Recombinant Human SENP7 protein is taken from amino acids 1 to 110 of the full length protein.

According to the UniProt protein database page, the active site of the protein is at residue 860 and 992.

This means unfortunately that the protein is not likely to be active. It has not been tested for activity in the laboratory.
