I am interested in Hedgehog proteins for immunoperoxidase stains in paraffin embedded tissue sections. However, I am planning to use it for fetal autopsy cases and am not sure if it will work. Is it possible to have a small, free sample to try initially?

Thank you for contacting us.
We have some antibodies anti-SHH validated for this kind of assays (IHC in paraffin embedded sections).
Do you confirm you are looking for a recombinant protein and not an anti-SHH antibody?
Unfortunately we are not able to offer testing samples of any of our products, as it is not feasible for us to keep small sample sizes for our vast range of products (over 80,000).
I am sorry I could not be more helpful. Please let me know if I can assist you further and I will be happy to help.
