    Tyrosine kinase substrate that inhibits growth-factor-mediated activation of MAP kinase. Negatively regulates hematopoiesis of bone marrow.

Additional clinical manifestations include Noonan-like facial dysmorphism, lipomas, learning disabilities and attention deficit-hyperactivity.
