Preparation and Storage

    This product is an active protein and may elicit a biological response in vivo, handle with caution.

  • Reconstitution
    ab129137 is soluble in water and most aqueous buffers. The lyophilized powder can be reconstituted in water to a concentration of 1.0 mg/ml. Further dilutions should be made into buffer containing protein or medium containing serum. Reconstituted product should be stored in working aliquots at -20°C to –70°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Please note: always centrifuge product before opening vial.
