I am sorry to confirm that non of these peptides have been tested in Western blot. All tested applications covered by the 6 month guarantee are listed on the individual product datasehets.

Please note that ab7993 JNK1 peptide is very small, KNGVIRGQPSPLAQVQQ, as stated on the datsheet. This will have a very low molecular weight and is regrettably therefore likely to run off the gel.

I can suggest JNK1 protein (Tagged) (ab43627) or JNK1 protein (Active) (ab60304)
would be more appropriate as a control in western blotting, if your antibody detects in mouse. Please note these are mouse protein rather than human protein, but they have been tested in WB.

ab71596 ROCK2 peptide is also a very small peptide (NQSIRRPSRQLAPNKPS) which is also likely to run off the gel.

I can suggest ROCK2 protein (Active) (ab125828) would be more suitable. This is human protein and tested in WB

ab55764 TRAIL protein is large enough to be detectable on a western blot, and you would need to add loading buffer to reduce and denature.This has been tested in SDS page. Please note this is not full length protein (from datasheet: Recombinant human soluble TRAIL is a 168 amino acid polypeptide (19.6 kDa), consisting of the extracellular domain of full length TRAIL), soyou will need to use the right antibody to ensure it has an epitope within the extracellular domain, which this peptide is taken from.
