Thank you for your enquiry. I am pleased to help answer your questions. 1. I am sorry to confirm that ab12124 antibody would not be suitable for detection of the ab78818 protein. As you have noticed from the different amino acid sequences, they are not designed to be used together. 2. ab9959 is raised against full length protein. As a polyclonal antibody, it will be detecting epitopes along the entire length of the protein. However, we could not confirm or guarantee that it would detect the shorter length recombinant ab78818 as the epitopes will not have been mapped. i would suggest to use a full length recombinant protein. I am sorry we do not have full length protein in the catalogue at this time.
